Prepatory Drawings for Durham Bull
I was commissioned to paint a large piece depicting a noble bull. My process includes small thumbnails (small,
loose sketches) and then a prepatory drawing done the same size as what the finished piece will be. The customers
have a great deal of input at these two stages, and together we choose the best thumbnail. Before I go on to the
painting, they visit once more for drawing approval.
